Nedeljko has extensive experience in advising clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, hydropower investments, commercial contract drafting and negotiations. For the first five years, Nedeljko was a part of  legal team led by Goran Petronijevic, where he worked as a defense attorney for high profile white collar and war crime cases. He continues to practice criminal law. He became inhouse lawyer and worked for seven years as head of legal affairs and corporate governance at P.E. Elektroprivreda Srbije and Hydro power plant “Đerdap”. There he have successfully dealt with a wide range of civil and commercial law issues, business transactions, company restructuring matters, international agreements in energy sector and become an expert in employment issues. He is also an expert in employment and labor law, as well as family law and other areas of civil law.

Ana is a legal professional specializing in commercial law, employment law, civil law, and particularly in matters related to debt collection, contracts, family law and probate proceedings.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2022, and went on to obtain her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the same institution in 2025, with a focus on employment and social law. 

Since 2022, Ana has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, providing legal counsel and representation to clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Known for her analytical rigor and pragmatic approach, she has advised individuals and businesses alike on a wide range of legal issues, with particular strength in resolving complex contractual disputes and enforcing debt recovery claims.

Ana combines a deep understanding of legal principles with a strong commitment to client advocacy, making her a trusted legal partner in both everyday matters and high-stakes disputes.
